I made a reservation weeks in advance and had a friend drive me across town on Christmas Eve and Budget was going to charge me an extra day for picking up the car a few hours early. Wow! I canceled the reservation and my Christmas plans are ruined. Thanks Budget. I will never use any Budget in the world for car rentals. EVER!

Spencer at your Denver Quebec street was very kind and professional. We arrived at 8:00 am to pick up our rental car that we had reserved and he had us out the door very quick. We had a 9 am meeting at the Denver Mart. We arrived to our meeting on time because of his exemplary service.

Do not rent a car here! After I picked up the car I rented, the flat tire light came on, and the temperature light came on. The tires appeared to be fine, but I didn't want to take it to the mountains. I took the car back, and explained the car needed maintenance. They pretty much ignored me, and gave me a customer service number to call. After I called the number, I only got $30 back on the rental fee, even though I brought the car back two days early, and cancelled my trip. Also, the car smelled bad. You will be better off taking Lyft to the mountains. Don't give these guys your money.

Poor customer service. Poor communication via computer system. I scheduled a car reservation.  When I  arrived to the location, I was informed that they did not have a car available for me. Although I had a printed confirmation from Budget, it didn't matter.  They could not give me what they did not have.  I tried booking a reservation at another location (via telephone), and was informed that it would cost more. Due to Budget's error, you would think that the car would be rented to me at the price I was orignally quoted.  However, the budget representative I spoke with was not willing to reduce the rate.  After this incident, I will never do business with Budget again.  The representatives I spoke with today,  don't seem to care.

Terrible customer service! Walked in there with a reservation, i had spoke to someone the day before, paid on the phone, had my confirmation number in hand. Went to pick up the following day as said the day before, they have the rudest Girl working there. Her name is ANGEL, treated me as if she thought she was better than me. Talked to me as if she was doing me a favor. I couldn't believe she had that attitude towards me. Very discriminatory. Terrible! How can you let someone with that attitude do customer service?  Never again will i bring my business to them!
