Great experience shopping at PC Richard of Brick! Our salesman Carlos was so patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The managers Jason and John were also terrific! I can honestly say that every salesperson greeted me with a smile as I walked through the store. I was recommended by friends who have recently made purchases at this store and I will definitely be referring everyone I know to make purchases here as well!

I just purchased a new fridge and dishwasher from the Brick Store.  I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason and Rob, they were so helpful.  They provided tons of recommendations and knowledge, and I never once felt pressured into making a purchase.   Unlike your typical big box retail stores, I was able to communicate with the same person for all of my questions.  Their response rates were within minutes if not immediately.  I highly recommend the PC Richards in Brick.  Thank you again Jason and Rob!

My family and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with PC Richards. Our sales person Pedro Serrano has made all of our experiences worth the trip. We recently had a kitchen fire and we needed all new appliances. When we came to PC Richards Pedro helped us choose the perfect Samsung appliance package for our home. We described to him what we were looking for and he knew exactly what to show us. We loved it right away ! Pedro made the whole experience quick and easy for us and we couldn’t be more thankful. We now continue to go to him for every and anything we need and we absolutely recommend him to all of our family and friends.

I've purchased many of my major appliances at the P.C. Richard in Brick, New Jersey. The prices are consistently the lowest for all the brand names so the products are always of the highest quality. The sales associates are friendly and helpful and are never pushy, nor do they resort to strong arm tactics that make you feel pressured or cornered.
On this trip Dylan helped me find a new refrigerator. The show floor is always packed with all different models so you're sure to find exactly what you need. He was courteous and helpful, even asking if the fridge was working (it barely is at 17 years old) and made sure to confirm that a delivery and installation was available as soon as possible so that life wasn't more disrupted than it already is. Another wonderful shopping experience.
Buying major appliances can be stressful and sometimes daunting, but P.C. Richard makes the process pretty painless. You can check but chances are you're never going to find better prices. On the off chance that you do find a lower price the store will price match. This location comes highly recommended from this repeat customer!
