Where to begin... well, for starters, it’s a failing subsidiary of an already unstable company, so expectations shouldn’t be set too high. But come on, at least pretend to act like a larger retail chain. At least have your inventory organized, the prices posted actually reflect the actual price of the product being sold (always a fun surprise at the register- I’m sure they just throw all the canceled items customers give back at the register, and wherever it lands in the store, is where it ends up, to repeat the cycle). The restrooms look like a war zone where the ammunition used was literal (censored). Most checkout lanes are usually never open, no matter the crowd. Frankly, it’s just not worth visiting anymore. Convenient location, but the store makes every conceivable attempt to ensure the visit is as exceedingly inconvenient as humanly possible.

Only nice thing I have to say about this place is staff was friendly. This store was very disorganized, display items such as beds an furniture was broken an nasty. Not to mention the prehistoric cash registers they have it took me 35 minutes to check out with two people ahead of me. In my opinion this location is a prime example of why Kmart is going under.

Went to exchange a small space heater that did not work - just wanted to make an even trade for one that would actually turn on. I had paid cash the day before but had misplaced the receipt...so no luck. There were four people in line in front of me, and for various reasons, none of them were able to return or exchange their items either. If this is an example of their customer service, I am not surprised they are all going out of business.

People there were so nice and helpful, I got a TON of great deals AND I was able to put my Christmas things in lay a way so the kids don't see them! If your looking for a great deal on items for your home, clothes or toys (anything really) go there its worth the trip!
