My husband and I took my elderly father to buy some items he needed. We found everything we were looking for and we were happy with the prices. The store was neat and clean with items hung up or put away on shelves. There were two issues, though, which forced me to remove stars. We found absolutely noone in the store to help us in either the shoe department or the men's department. We searched everywhere and could not find a salesperson. Fortunately, we eventually found everything on our own. I also was unable to find anyone in the sleepwear/lingerie department to ask a question of about something I wanted for myself. I had no luck finding it on my own and finally gave up. These were not the only departments we passed without salespeople. In addition, other than the shoe department, there is absolutely nowhere in any department for someone to just sit down if they need to. There were many elderly people and pregnant women in the store and I'm sure many of them, like my father, needed to sit for a few minutes. The only spot in the entire store was at the very front.

Goodstore way better then the one at queens mall. Lines are pretty smooth even on black friday! The only thing i wish they'd improve is shoe collection.

Store the people are nice it’s open late in case of an emergency I need to pick up a gift open to 11 o’clock that is so great I gave it a five star everything is nice the work is very nice🤩

Kohl's always an awesome place to shop for all families. Most of all is an affordable place that will meet anyone's budget. We need more store of kohl's around and everywhere. Happy holidays

in the last week My husband and I always shop at Kohl's for many things. Clothes, house supplies etc. We normally have a good shopping experience but today we had a very disappointing experience at least my husband did unfortunately. He wanted to use his 30% off coupon he received from kohl's through his email the cashier told him with a very nasty strong tone of voice " I don't think this coupon is real! I'm going to have to ring up my manager" then the manager comes and lets the coupon go through and clarifys that it is a real coupon sent from them. Cashier makes another unnecessary comment to the manager in front of my husband who it's the buyer and customer and says " I can't believe you touched his phone to scan the coupon eww" This is unprofessional and unacceptable and uncalled for. It's a shame that she is a kohl cashier, it's awful how this cashier choose to make mean tones and rude comments. I hope you can adress this. Helpful?
