Story

Century 21 Department Store, a NYC icon for more than 50 years, is legendary for its exceptional offering of designer brands at amazing prices. Century 21 remains a leader in high-end off-price fashion retail, offering men's, women's and children's apparel, footwear, outerwear, lingerie and accessories, along with beauty and home goods at select stores and online at C21Stores.com.

The retailer is headquartered in Downtown Manhattan with 10 stores total. Locations in New York include Lincoln Square, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. There are three stores in New Jersey: Paramus, Morristown and Elizabeth. Century 21 Department Store opened its first store outside of the New York Metro area in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and continues to expand in new markets.

I have been going to this store for many years. I really admire the fact that they never rest on their laurels. They gave never stopped improving the place. They have expanded so much by taking over the neighboring spaces, adding floors and departments. They even built a great parking lot. I have purchased suits, shoes, swimming trunks, business shirts so so many other things here. The prices are unbeatable and their selection is hard to match. Combine that with great service and you have the perfect mix. Even if I do not know what is it that I want to get, such as a gift for my wife or a friend, I know that I'll be able to find just the right thing at this store.

If you like to shop, and I mean walk around browsing and searching through racks kind of shopping, then you'll enjoy the experience at Century 21. This is a huge store with almost anything you could possibly want, and all at discount prices. From high-end designer apparel to cheap, casual clothing and accessories, I've almost always found what I'm looking for at this store.

It was pretty good. In and out, I went looking for something specific and I found it easy, then waited maybe 5 minutes on line before I paid for it. The counter person was polite and professional.

The store is AWESOME !!! very great deals and finds . Century 21 was always my go to store !!!! I love that place .. the only thing that messes It up is the people they choose to hire . When i was in the linens area I asked an employee for help and she rolled her eyes and told me to wait ... I didn’t let it bother me i continued to look through but then she came over 10 minutes later and asked me what did I need with an attitude . I asked her did they have another and she said “does it look like there’s another one?” Then she reached into her back pocket for her phone and walked away . I went to another employee and asked what was the girls name and he said Kaylien. I rushed out of there and will be calling corporate . People like her with that attitude will definitely make people walk pass the store . Ridiculous

For sure the best place in NY to fill up your closet with branded goods at affordable prices. From ties to shirts to shoes and underwear. You'll find everything you need and at very good prices. My favorite spot in the store is the men's button down shirts section. I could spend most of my time there just browsing their large selection.
