The only reason I decided to use AT&T for my business cell phone was because of the superior cell service.  However, compared to Sprint Business customer service, AT&T is terrible.  When we ordered Sprint phones, they were delivered to the office and ready to go.  In order to get AT&T phones, I had to go into the store and was made to wait for 30 mins, then the associate couldn't help me.  Had to reschedule and when I came back it time more than an hour to get setup with a new account.  The cell service definitely comes at the cost of customer service.  Staff (except for Dean, who was great) were indifferent to customers and acted like they hated their jobs.  Hope I don't have to come back.

I went there a couple of days ago, to activate AT&T service on my unlocked phone. I bought the phone on Amazon, it was sold by Samsung. 
First, I went to a competitor store since I had their activation kit from Walmart. They just told me that my phone is invalid. Then, I went to this AT&T store. Tony 'the magician', welcomed me at the door, and after a nice, short, friendly chat, he started working on my phone. My phone didn't connect to the network by just inserting the sim card. Fortunately, Tony had few tricks up his sleeve to fix the phone settings, and connection problem. I left the store with a big smile.
The customer service I received on that day was superb, 6 stars out of 5.

Pretty Great folks here. They are very helpful but some need a little more training on how to make these phones work. But they always try to get us in without a wait.

Worst customer service . I don't have network coverage in my area so called att customer care and their suggestion for me is to buy another att branded phone . I'm paying for my network why I have to pay for phone again .
