It's a quick place to shop at depending on what time you go. During holidays, the best time is in the morning and late at night. They try to keep up with the crowd as best they can while still providing great customer service. The store is usually picked over, so I can never find my size in most things (I'm a XS or S), so the Olathe location is not the one I primarily shop at.

Clean store, very organized. However the employees need to look up. Had to wait an oddly long time to check out with no one at men’s dept registers. There were multiple employees near the register area.

I love to shop at Kohl's. They have name brand items and are a little pricey but you need to check the prices because they are often discounted. And I love the $10 cash bonus that you get back when you spend $50 and they seem to have a wide variety of items. Very quality made Goods at reasonable prices.

Very hit or miss on the cleanliness. During my recent visit, tagging and signage didn't even match what was on the racks and tables. Things were on the floor. They weren't particularly busy so I was surprised to see no one working on it.

They had a great selection of menswear. Didn't find a coat that was to my liking, but picked up a couple of other items. The layout was a bit cluttered, but it was also the day after Christmas. So they get a pass. Would recommend.
