It was fun. Ain't been there in a long time but my phone just asked me to rate my visit today. I know the wife and kids and mother inlaw were there today. Weird

Staff at online pickup and returns was fast, efficient and friendly. They worked in a small space with lots of people, multi-tasked well, and kept switching roles to keep the line moving fast. I was out in less than 5 minutes on a Friday at 430pm. 

 I even had to call the day before to have my item held an extra day and they happily did it for me.

I've never been disappointed with Kohl's. They always have the clothes I'm looking for (usually button-ups, jeans, slacks, etc) and for amazing prices. Recently stocked up on a bunch of business casual outfits and didn't even come close to breaking the bank.

I had a very good experience here even with it being the holiday season.  Selections were ok and almost everything was on sale.  Checkout was great.  Lines were not bad and another cashier came on at the right time to eliminate the short wait.

Good Store. Kohl's cash at Christmas is cool.  My wife bought me new shoes after the holiday was over.
