a few ideas that may help this store to bring in more customers: 1. clothing on mannequins are nowhere to be found in the vicinity, how do I buy them? If the clothes on display are dressed on mannequins, it will gives me a better visual on what it will look like. 2. Prices aren't easy to find. I was looking at ninja food processor, there werent any prices shown. Overall, I think fixing these 2 issues I've mentioned above will hosting the overall sales because it will attract more customers.

I was walking in the parking lot when all of a sudden I went flying in the air about 2-3 feet and landed on my hands, knees and chin. My chin and hands were bleeding. It put me in shock for a minute. I've hiked with my hiking group for the last few years at night, sometimes weekly and have never fallen. The parking lot has a parking barrier that is the same color as the asphalt with no light above it. I'm having discomfort in my wrists now. I've taken 7 years of Kung Fu and have been taught how to fall. I could have cracked my head open. I think of others who could be seriously injured by this type of fall and it has been several weeks and nothing has been done to make this parking barrier more obvious. I wrote an injury report and even called with no response. I did receive a letter with an apology and a 30% discount. I've received a 30% off before the injury. They just want me to spend money in their store. I won't go back to a store that doesn't care if their customers are injured. In the picture you can see how dark the second parking barrier is. My picture is not blending it in as much as it is in person. It should be yellow or white with a light above it.

I've been to this Kohl's many times and it has never felt crowded. The store is usually in good order and the two check out stations are very convenient.

well I usually shop at kohl's in Snohomish & I was there about a week ago and I couldn't find a sweater that I wanted so I went to the one in Redmond & I found the sweater that I liked & the scarf comes with it. 😀 I will definitely go back! 😉

Nice, clean, well stocked even during Christmas rush. Very helpful staff, almost annoyingly present. Prices did seem a bit higher than I recall from previous visits, but everything was name brand.
