Went to try new Cinnamon Donuts! I went at a time when the hot sign wasn't on so the donuts were cold. Kids were excited to try the new donuts. I tried the cinnamon toast crunch and it was meh. The cereal on top were stale not crunchy how cinnamon toast crunch is. The milk glaze was good. My usual raspberry was awesome as were the glaze.

Perfect pillowy melt in your mouth donuts. The location is clean, well managed and plenty of parking. Located in front of the target.

The staff starts early every day and always gives exceptional service and customer care with amazing coffee and donughts! This American classic isn't only a great way to start your day, they're also an excellent partner to go to for your next fundraiser!

Enjoyed watching the donuts being made and then being able to eat a fresh donut hot off the production line.

Wow, great service - young lady  asked us to wait a few minutes for warm donuts off the line! Have to get a dozen.  Great recommendations on new coffee products and patiently explained all the different fillings. So many new fillings!  Monster donut with cake batter is delish! Raspberry filling a tart pairing. Always good staple...chocolate glazed kreme filled.  The original glazed coffee - sweet treat!

10/2/22 ordered online to beat the line, get in there with 1 person ordering donuts and 3 workers. Had to ask for help and someone to hand over my order which was the ugliest, nastiest donuts I've ever had and will no longer be going back

Unreliable hours. Will close up to an hour early and pretend you aren't there.  Also had a poor customer service experience a few days later

This time the Donuts were tiny. They tasted ok but must not have been allowed to rise. Also they are always out of almost everything. Not sure why the company insists on having 100+ menu items when Donuts are what made it great. A bankrupt company should be focusing on the basics and one is having Donuts in stock.

Great donuts and great service. Delivered 10 dozen donuts at 6:45am for my wife's early morning meeting. Donuts were fresh and delicious. All boxes had tape on them to make sure no one tampered with them. Very pleased with the service and value at this location.

This KK has terrible customer service. One employee was standing outside waiting for their Uber eats order instead of being instead taking orders.
