Starbucks feels like it's losing altitude fast. Service, food, everything going downhill, for some reason. Jumped the shark?Food: 3/5

I only had the citris drink. I was made aware that lemon was not available,  but I tried it anyway. Sooooo please when I come back, have the lemon, just for me. I so love this hot drink.Service: 5/5

The baristas are all really friendly and pretty quick at getting orders out. The sweet pregnant woman makes a mean dirty chai latte.

My friend and I both ordered a venti coffee same one and we received each drink 3/4 of the way full. When we asked why he said, “how else would like for me to make it. You said light ice.” This is a drink that we both order regularly at several Starbucks locations and they’re always properly made and filled. Very disappointing to see how rude this location was.

Ive been visiting this Starbucks for 2 years, irregularly. I have never been impressed with this place. The location is just convenient. The baristas are always very nice. However, these people cannot make a pumpkin spice latte to save their life!

There has been 2 different occasions where the baristas have just had a nasty attitude.There was a mix up with a drink and instead of being understanding about it, she gave me nothing but attitude. Her name was Autumn so just watch out for her.
