Clean, spacious, and busy. Though, the staff seems a bit oblivious to the extremely low level with which they call out when customer orders are ready to be picked up. I sat for ten minutes, thinking I was still waiting on my order, and when I stood up from my waiting seat, the cashier noticed me and acted like I should have known my order was sitting on the other end of the counter, getting cold. As ridiculously overpriced as Starbucks continues to be, their servers should be more conscientious ... & the "artisan" bacon, egg, & gouda sandwich should be less chewy.
Damian and Nicole are then best humans ever!! We went on my friend’s birthday and we had the best customer service we’ve ever experienced: incredibly kind and friendly. The next CEOs of Starbucks, the king and queen of happiness, thank you both.
The customer service this morning with my pickup order was terrible. I asked for another top because my whip cream was not included and I was told I could only get a certain top bc that’s the only one allowed with the macchiato. As a frequent customer I’m angry bc how much does the barista pay out of pocket to give a different top? Nothing. the original top clearly would not fit not that the drink is now overflowing. Just horrible customer service. Won’t be back.
They're always busy but that is literally out of their control. The staff is always kind and courteous. They are always working as fast as humanly possible. Today Zoe was at the register and she was doing a great job taking orders as fast as possible.
Terrible location. Our food took forever even though there was no one on line before us inside - only drive through customers at the time and the employee Benjamin had the nerve to say “You should have gotten out of bed early and gotten here at 7am…there was no wait then.” Excuse me? Who says something like that to customers? I wasn’t even nasty to him at all…totally uncalled for. Horrible attitude. It costs noting to be nice to people.
Love this Starbucks! They rock! Staff is always so nice, helpful, great with the kids & the dog too! Like I said, they're Awesome! Kid-friendliness: They're always great with my kids & my fur baby! Parking: There's enough parking. It gets congested when there's a big rush of people, but if you bring your patience & a smile, you'll be fine. Remember, everyone wants the same thing... COFFEE!!!
I love coming to this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and my drinks are made perfectly every time.Food: 5/5
Can't say anything about the food cuz I don't go to Starbucks for food the coffee is good you have to be very specific to the staff members however it seems that ever since covid most of these locations take between 20 to 30 minutes to make a cup of coffee. God forbid you need an espresso again I don't think this is personally the staff's fault however management should look into investing in more espresso machines. Parking: They don't really have a great parking lot as they share the parking lot with several stores so technically I don't think they have a parking lot not really their fault.
A most wonderful Barista set a bee free that was trapped inside the store. I thought it was very good of her. 3:30p Oh yea, they make great drinks as well.Service: 5/5
Very disappointing experience, we went in to get the order as drive-thru had an insane line. Ordered 2 paninis and 2 drinks. The paninis were ready fast and together, the first drink was not ready until we were done eating and the second took another few minutes. Inside was dirty and unwelcoming and bathrooms were out of toilet paper. I go to Starbucks a lot and this by far was the worst service
