Wow! I didn’t expect to get my order right since the previous Starbucks got my order wrong I ordered mango dragon fruit with whip cream and berries on top and cake pop and the 2 young baristas were so nice I come here every time I go to Kroger now
Awesome, the two young Baristas were super friendly and cute !! Yummy sumatra coffee , also got a bag of Verona , got it ground up for me too . Awesome. Roasty sweet and dark cocoa, can't wait to try it. She also hooked me up with a Kroger discount card since I'm new to Savannah, this was my first visit today here.
The coffee I received was actually really great! However, the staff was not prepared. You can tell the new staff is not trained properly because it takes at least 35 minutes to receive your coffee. I recommend that Starbucks has open interviews and hours specifically for training so that customers aren’t waiting 35-40 minutes for a single coffee. There is a lot of room for improvement and management that is friendlier.
I love Starbucks but at $5.00 a drink I expect quality. I made a purchase this morning 6/11/21 at 7:30am roughly. It was a white chocolate mocha. I am not sure what she gave me but it is without a doubt the worst drink I have ever tasted in my life. It had no sugar at all, none, and it had no cream either. It was the consistency of thick mud and super strong. Clearly the barista does not need to work there.
True, the worst customer experience ever. If I order a big drink with no ice they fill the cup half full telling me I just paid til there. No water no nothing. Usually something is broken anyway or they don't have coffee. You're lucky if the drink is correct anyway. By the refresher you have to argue that the fruit is part of the drink not just the juice and water. This starbucks is the worst store ever.
The worst experience I have had there. The workers are extremely slow. I waited about 15 minutes for a drink. When people who ordered after me started receiving theirs before me, I went to the counter to ask about my order. The barista just stood there and told me it would take another 5 minutes to make the iced coffee... I told him I was not going to wait. He did not apologize or offer to refund me.
Worst experience ever. We came to Savannah for vacation with my family 12 people. I came to this Starbucks to buy coffee for my family. The barista told me: STOP, u order alot you can not order this much. OMG I couldn't believe it, I came here 3 days in a row & the last day here IT HAPPENED TO ME. How could they said to the customer like that? That was so rude, such a terrible STARBUCKS I've ever been. I should report this to STARBUCKS, not this STORE'S MANAGER.
Always a long line, never enough baristas for the customers, and they don’t even scan the Starbucks app codes. So when I went in this morning for my birthday reward, they couldn’t even give me one because their system doesn’t scan the code.
The staff at this Starbucks are horrible. The customer service sucks. Their personalities are dry and unprofessional. You wait in line while they stand their acting as if you’re not there. The employees seem so lost. The manager isn’t any better. She cold and dry.
I , unfortunately, lost the names of the two fantastic employees that helped me today at Starbucks in Kroger on Wilmington Island. I just want to say that they did a terrific job! -Wednesday, September 1st around 2:00pm! Thank You! -Jennifer Quackenbush
