Story

Business Owner, Robert Perches, owner, along with his son, Sergio Perches, have been operation in Denton for 30 years. We have customers who have been coming to us for their repairs for as long as we have been open. We would like to thank those customers for entrusting us with their vehicles and appreciate them for allowing us to serve them.

At Robert’s Paint-Collision & Mechanical Repair they can do just about anything to your car or RV, from small repairs to full restoration. Their quality control standards are high and their technicians are among the best in the automotive business. Their goal is to always deliver your car back to you in tip top shape and your satisfaction is our top priority.

What makes Robert’s stand out above the competition is the dedication he and his staff have to their customers. The 24 hour towing service that he provides is true to form. “We answer our phones 24/7. You’re not going to get an answering machine, answering service or any other type of recording. You will talk directly to one of us. It doesn't matter what time of day or night it is, one of us will be there to assist the customer."

At Robert’s, customers are guaranteedd the life of the work for as long as they own their vehicles and the Perches’ are firm believers in quality customer service We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and unlike other shops, we work for the customer, not the insurance company. All mechanical and auto body repairs are don in-house and on average, the turn around time is approximately one to two weeks. It really depends on what needs to done and what parts we need. Turn around time on RV’s is slightly longer because the parts can be harder to get in some cases.

Damage estimates are provided free of charge.
When your car or RV is out of commission, it is our job here to make the process of repairing your car as painless as possible.

Taken too long for amateur paint results. They do not keep you informed and tend to exaggerate progress. Paint scuffed and garbage in paint plus new damage to vehicle. Owner is rude and will not take responsibility for his work. He acts as if it is my fault I ever trusted him. IF I ever get my vehicle back I may have to have it redone elsewhere. Never again at this establishment. Never.

Don't let bad reviews from angry people who got their car towed deter you from completely trusting this family owned business with your collision and paint work. These guys took on a very difficult $350,000 rv job fearlessly and did a great work! Robert, Sergio and the rest of the team are something special.

Last October I had a car accident on the 35, and robert's paint-collision took my car to repair the trunk. I live in Cedar Hill, so I wanted to fix my car somewhere near to where I live, but they didn't want me to take my car away from them and begged me to leave the car with them because the county didn't give them a lot of cars. They told me that they were gonna put a used part because they supposedly they were not able to find it new; however, I don't know which part is used because they didn't show it to me, they just called me to say that they were gonna put a used part. They took a whole month to fix my car and told me more than three times that my car was done and once I was going to pick it up, they said that it wasn't done and come back the next day. On June, I noticed that the paint of my car's trunk started to come out. On August, I called them to see if they were gonna be able to fix it, they said to go to them so that they can check it. Once I arrived to them, they checked it and said they were gonna give me a rental car, fix it for free and that they were going to take maximum four days to fix it. However, they were not able to fix it that day, so I needed to go back in two weeks so that they can fix because they were already behind with other cars. I went back on August 22, they gave me the rental car and said they were gonna call me the next day so that I can pick it up the day after (in total I was gonna have the rental car for three days). On the same August 22, they called me to say that the car had a bump and that they were not gonna fix it for free anymore, we had a fight on the phone and told me that I needed to give the rental car back that same day or I was gonna pay the extra days. Today August 24, I went to give the rental car back, and they made me pay 87.43 for the extra two days. In conclusion, my car DOESN'T have any bump. They don't want to take any responsibility of their bad work. They don't care if I call the police or the lawyer or whatever person. I even called the police today because I didn't have to pay the extra days of the rental car, and they even said bye to the police like if they were friends, so I DON'T recommend them at all.

I own a car that was in an accident and was towed by Robert's. When I arrived to inspect the car, the owner was very rude. He told me that I hade to pay $300 to get it out, or if nothing else, I should at least pay him the $240 that he had into towing it and leave it there for him to keep. I could go on and on but the point is that this guy was not professional at all and spoke to me as if I was beneath him. There is no way that I would ever take a car to him to work on and if I am ever in another accident in Denton and need a tow truck, I will insist that the police do not call Roberts again!

Had two vehicles that needed work on. They did an awesome job! They kept me informed during the whole time they had each vehicle. The staff was friendly and informative. Great job!!!!!
