I arrived late at night, tired after traveling, and it was annoying that I had to not only pay $10 to park my car but also go back out to get the rental cars plate and put a parking permit in the window. Not your typical experience. Why charge $10 to park when the nightly rate is $450? It would be easier if they roll the cost into the stay, or at least not require me to go back out. The room was clean and average. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly decent.

I had a great pleasure to stay in at this hotel, very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had issue to check in due to my credit card, the person on duty helped me found a solution.  The room is very clean, I enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfast is amazing. It is always ready on time, and lots of variety of food to eat.  The gym is small. Couple running machines. No way to lift weight inside. In overall I will stay at this hotel if I have to. You should to if you are in town.

This was a smaller hotel but very clean and nice looking.  Great price because it includes the breakfast. The room was clean and spacious enough. I would stay here again and would recommend for anyone with families.
My only recommendation would be to get more parking spaces....had to park on the side.

Completely renovated hotel, fresh and clean. We did the park, fly and stay since our return flight arrived late. Hotel shuttle was very prompt and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommended if you live any distance from SFO and don't  want to jump in the car right after a long flight

We used it as a park stay hotel.  They take care of our car while we travel.  Includes Rides to and from the airport.  Similar cost to just parking.
