Terrible acoustics, person above me kept me awake from 1am-4:30am.
Pounding the floor and stomping.
Multiple calls to the front desk did not remedy the problem.
I pounded on the ceiling multiple times and that got them to stop.
Front desk does not handle problems, you are expected to do so yourself.
I DO NOT recommend staying here unless you're desperate at 12:30 for a room.  Very poor customer service.

Amazing 4oom with a giant TV, beautiful bathroom, and it's all clean. Cold ac. Located close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a 4 star based on value. This is my go to value hotel in the San Francisco area. If road or airport noise is an issue for you STAY AWAY. I grew up across from railroad tracks so noise is not a  issue for me. The exterior is dated as is some of the furniture but the rooms are clean and the beds new. The staff has always been very friendly during all of my stays. They really seem to be trying to make your stay pleasant.

Absolutely great hotel in it's class. Rooms are really fancy from the inside and beds are REALLY comfortable, they have pretty much everything one might expect in a hotel room. Staff is SPECTACULAR in the sense of professionalism, hospitality and customer service. Whatever you need, whenever you need, they are there to get you going right away, literally 24/7. Especially Sharma at the front desk was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable from the time of check-in through check out. I went on a photography spree in the lobby haha. They got a BIG poster of Marilyn Monroe in the front office which looks jaw dropping WOW.

Perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover. I just love their rooms, especially the fancy restrooms they have and also they have a shuttle bus service that runs every 30mins, to and from the hotel. Not to forget, staff will make sure that you leave front office with a smile on your face. Kudos.
