This was the best hotel to date that we stayed in during a long road trip.  The whole property was meticulously maintained.  The room was very clean and smelled fresh. It was very spacious and comfortable.  We were on the top floor & a nice touch was that outside each room was a small balcony with a park bench.  
      We called most of the hotels in Springdale before our arrival and this one had the best price.  We were a bit skeptical of what we might find when we arrived.   I am very picky, and this hotel far exceeded all my expectations.  
    The staff was wonderful!  We will definitely stay here again when visiting Zion!  Thanks

Excellent. Very beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly. I stayed in this hotel with my friend for two nights. Our room was big and very clean and it has fridge and microwave. We arrived before the check-in time and the lady in the reception explained to us politely that we can't take the room and when we asked her about the park, she showed us the map and suggested some easy trials.
The breakfast was good. 
Great location, between stops 4&5 also it's not far from the national park if you want to walk. 
You can find parking for your car very easily in the hotel. 
I can't find any negative thing about this hotel. I rate it 10/10.

Great location to visit park from. Free shuttle stop right out front. Rooms are comfortable and have a great view. Also, free breakfast. What more could you ask for?

Good customer service. Good structures. Nice clean rooms. Beautiful views. Very close to Zion entrance, and good places to eat within walking distance. Staff is helpful and hospitable. Workout room looked nice too but I didn't use it.

The rooms and bathroom are clean and the breakfast is great, aside from the coffee. I'm not big coffee drinker but I could tell the coffee needs to be improved. The coffee in the room is good though. Another thing is, I look forward to unlimited hot water to take my shower and at one point, just for 1 minute, my water went cold and it was a little disappointing. Overall, I would give my stay a 7/10
