Booked online, had some questions come up so i called the hotel and they were able to help with no problem. The stay was great (November) the room was on the smaller side but it worked. 2 queen beds and a tv. Continental breakfast is AMAZING!compared to other places I've been the breakfast is the best! Check out was super easy. Parking can get full at night. It's close to some shops and restaurants so we were able to walk around for some time. Really enjoyed my stay here!

This lodge has extremely clean and beautiful rooms, especially the nice wooden floors. The staff in the lobby were very kind, and the free breakfast was quite nice and provided the usual breakfast foods. One aspect that could be improved is the wifi, which was extremely slow and only worked if you were in the bathroom. This lodge is right next to a shuttle station to Zion National Park and is also next to many restaurants and stores. Overall, I would definitely recommend this lodge!

It was a enjoyable stay. The staff is friendly, it is well located, and they offer free coffee and juice. We also got free breakfast, which was not good at all, but did have cereal and granola, as well as yogurt. The rooms could be nicer, but for the price I was pleased.

UPDATE 3/25/18: The manager reached out to me to explain what had happened. She stated that she wasn't told about my requests to speak to her. It sounded about right, I left my number with someone that didn't bother taking my name. She also explained what happened with our rooms. She was very kind and understanding. I appreciate that she took the time to reach out to me and address the issue. ______________________________________ We got there around 8:00 PM. We checked in and found that they gave us the WRONG room. We booked a double bed and ended up with 1 queen. When I went back up to the front desk, the guy said he could discount the rooms until I told him I booked through TripAdvisor. He then said to talk to his manager about it. I called about 5 times, and each time I've been blown off. The last time I called, they guy said he didn't know when his manager would be in next. What?!?!?! I obviously didn't get a refund. I called TripAdvisor as well, and they were "supposed" to give me a 10% discount. That never happened either. The room was nice looking, but we ended up having to drop towels onto the ground by the bed because the floors were so dirty that if you didn't wipe your feet off, the sheets felt grainy from the dirt. The copper table was nice looking, but stunk. We had to move it by my bed in order to fit the roll away and I could smell it as I tried to go to sleep. Smelled like dirty pennies.. The rest of the room was fine, we had a fridge and a microwave that was in good working condition. The stay would have been more pleasant if they didn't screw the our room then blow me off. The front desk guy seemed like he was high every time I saw him, and didn't know how to address the problems. They tried to charge me for the roll away I used even though it was their faults that they gave me the wrong room. I liked that they had good breakfast. There were these egg omelette things that had some kind of liquid cheese in it, very tasty! There was a nice selection of other breakfast items available from fruit to pancakes. If I ever went back, I would triple check to make sure they didn't screw up the rooms and bring flip flops to wear indoors.

This is a fine hotel. The rooms are clean and well kept, the management works hard to make your experience enjoyable. The parking is cramped, but that's part for the course around here. Caution, if you book this room on an app you could have gotten it for less money going right to the hotel.
