This place is a great place to spend time with the family. Small details that could improve. The cabin suites should be stocked with the basic pot and pan, silverware the simple things. The staff was awesome we had great a guide on our Jeep tour, highly recommend the tour. This would definitely be a great place to take the kids in the summer. Unfortunately we came in Spring and activities had not been correct on website, we thought the was a Rodeo, dance and movie night and the kids were excited. We found out those are all after memorial day forward. The online application is pretty cool but not accurate and many staff didn't know it was available. I give this place a 5 star 1. Great location 2. Cabin was clean offers fire pit and table 3. Lots of activities for the kids 4. Restaurant is okay, staff is awesome. 5. Staff with the exception of one front desk girl who always made us feel like we were bothering her. We will be back, think about adding a weekend rec pass for the kids and stock the cabin with the basics.

We camped here while visiting Zion on a spontaneous weekend trip in February. The NP campground was full so we were delighted that Zion Ponderosa had a spot available. The east side of the park is much less crowded and you don't have to deal with Springdale traffic! The campground is about 7.5 miles from the park entrance but the drive is not bad at all and totally worth it. The campsites were large, well-spaced, and level. It wasn't crowded because it's still technically off-season, but even if it was they have plenty of trees and space for privacy. The bathhouse was brand new and super clean with nice, hot showers and the lodge has great coffee! Also, the stars at night are incredible! We look forward to visiting again and taking advantage of the many amenities!

I would recommend this to anyone visiting southern Utah. I had an amazing New year's here and can't wait to come back. The two cabins we had were clean and super easy to find. The activity center they have there was awesome staff was super helpful.

We recently bought a vacation home at the resort. We have visited in the summer months and the winter months. We love being at the ranch. We love all of the activities, like the ziplining, ATVs, the pool, and playing at the playground. We love the silence and the solitude when we sit on our deck. During our winter visit, we saw lots of deer and wild turkeys. We enjoyed hiking on various hikes at Zion National Park. Everyone at the resort Lodge is very helpful. At times, it can be difficult to participate in the activities, especially in the winter as they only have one employee running the Rec Barn. The Outdoor Cafe is fantastic. We look forward to the new things that the resort is putting in, such as the lake and kayaking. We look forward to making the many memories here over the years.

This resort property is really nice. We will book there again with hopes that they have ironed a couple things out. The pools, slides and hot tubs were a highlight for us. We stayed in the glamping portion of the property in a furnished tent. The beds were great. The tents had broken zippers and were consequently draftier than they would have been. The showers need to be addressed to get water pressure up and address hot water needs. The breakfast was tasty but quite slow. It was buffet style and people were waiting for food to be restocked,. Consequently, the tables were not turning very fast creating a long wait. I think they could prepare for their morning service a little differently.
