Nestled in the heart of Zion Canyon in Springdale, Utah and bordering Zion National Park along the Virgin River the Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens is a truly unique riverside boutique resort. Having stayed at Cliffrose for many years now it is by far the best place for absolute experience of Zion. Everytime I go back, there is always a major update. The staff is always super accommodating. We reserved the two bedroom suite, which works great for my wife and our 4 children. Riverfront views with it being only a couple hundred yards, from the Zion NP entrance it makes it that much better. Keep up the great job.

We stayed at Cliffrose Lodge during the offseason while visiting Zion. The front desk help was friendly and informative. Our room while a little tight had a fridge and ample counter space. The grounds were really nice. We had access to two large hot tubs/pool areas that were great. A special bonus was the "beach" area that included a sandy shore along the Virgin River. The location was fantastic being literally a minute away from the park entrance and within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a market. We very much enjoyed our stay.

When we first drove in, this place seemed unassuming, but later it surpassed our expectations. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and quickly found everything we asked for. We took our hotel bathrobes and slippers down to the riverside hot tub every night and watched the stars in warmth. There's a coffee/tea/water station in the lobby with lots of tea varieties. We had an excellent time at a great price, and would definitely stay here again.

My wife booked this hotel strictly because of the price and convenience to the entrance of the Park. We were amazed at how much we loved the room, and overall presentation of the Hotel. It seemed very kid friendly, which we loved. And they were very accommodating to allow us to check in early for nap time for our kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for easy access to Zion National Park. It's located on a river and has a park-like atmosphere with sidewalks leading to the park entrance and shuttles as well as several shops and quality restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We had Thanksgiving dinner here catered by a chef and it was exquisite. There is also a beautiful view of the canyon from many of the rooms and the back patios. The rooms are pretty nice too with separate sitting area, mini-fridge and microwave. All in all an excellent choice for visiting Zion.
