We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B & B, the 4 post bed was super comfortable as we used while relaxing between trips to Zion and breakfasts were delicious.  The Virgin River flowed right in behind the backyard and we went for river walk exploring the area and taking pictures along the way.  Next door there was a beautiful little farm which lent itself as a great backdrop in a few of our pictures.  We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, admiring natures handiwork as the changes of color made fantastic changes in our view of the surrounding  formations.  If you are lucky enough to stay here while visiting you'll be glad you did.  Enjoy we did.

Such a pleasant stay at Canyon Vista!  Great hosts, huge/comfortable room, and breakfast vouchers to local restaurants was a huge bonus (Oscar's cafe is amazing)!
If we are ever back in Zion, Canyon Vista will be our accommodations.  I've already recommended to friends!

Fantastic bed and breakfast! We had a private room, bathroom, and living room. Extremely clean and lots of ammenities. Nothing beats having coffee in the morning outside watching the landscape. It's near a river, there's a huge outdoors hot tub, and 3min drive from Zion entrance. We also got a voucher for breakfast in town. Would absolutely recommend!

Great little place. Nice n quiet in spite of the highway widening project. The property is really lovely featuring a fire pit down next to the river.  Plus wooden swings for stargazing. 2 very nice non-nosey innkeepers (husband and wife) live on the property.
