This was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and cozy. Great staff and thank you Jessica for the recommendations it was very helpful. 

* Unfortunately the breakfast was not so great. but not the reason we stayed. I will be back.:o)

First time visiting Newport and stayed here I don't know why this place is not rated a 5 STAR in all honesty I read the reviews about this place before I came and only a few were negative and I can see why most were positive. The front desk staff were very kind and even threw in a few good locations to visit while we are here. The pool is big and the Jacuzzi is huge! Our room was really clean our bed was well made i had to fight the sheets off. They offer free breakfast which we will be trying tomorrow morning however we heard that too is good! This place is major family friendly and pet friendly [I could have brought my dog!] Not to mention they are pretty affordable. There is alot of parking available and the beach and stores just down the road except for the aquarium that's a neighbor 6 min walk away. You have got to be one stuck up picky human being in order to have any issues here. Thank you staff for the friendly welcome and help you are an excellent example of what good customer service should always look like!

Great place to stay when you visit the beach. They allowed animals without a second thought! The rooms show a little wear and tear (bottoms of doors scratched and bugs in the lights) but the staff is sweet and helpful, ready to make your stay amazing.

Overall a bit disappointed. Pool left a film like substance in our skin, one of the beds was worn out and calapsing in on one side. The elevator is extra small and having a stroller we had to wait for it to be empty before we could fit. And our room smelled a bit like a foot when we first got here. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. For that I give 2 stars.

The room was clean and had fresh white bedding, which is nice. The hotel smelled a little bit like a pool, since there's a pool nearby, and since our room was near the pool it ended up being pretty warm and smelling a bit like... Well... A pool. Overall a nice place with helpful staff.
