This hotel is incredible. It is clean, very well maintained inside & out as well as comfortable. I have both lived at the coast & visited many times. I know what a beating the salt air & wind can do to a building. Hallmark has done a great job of keeping things fresh. It was more expensive than other hotels I checked but the service & comfort was well worth it to me. Thank you to the Hallmark staff for making our stay special.

My late husband and I would always spend a few nights here every year when we felt like celebrating. We love the King Spa Suite, but recently I spent a weekend in one of the older section rooms and I was very happily surprised. They have updated these rooms and now there are balconies in these rooms too. With fireplaces and mini kitchens. Wonderful accommodations. Do not worry if you forget something. Last summer I left my phone charger behind. They knew it had been left there before I even missed the charger!!! I called to confirm the type left behind and 3 days later my charger was sent to me with no charge to me. Now I call that customer service. Please take advantage of room service from the wonderful offerings given you from Georgies Grill right on the campus of this fine hotel.

Our favorite place in Newport to stay. The staff is so friendly. I recommend the mini-suite with the fireplace and mini kitchen. Perfect for relaxed breakfast in the room, while watching the waves. Also great for a glass of wine before dinner, while watching the waves. I have stayed in many places around Newport and I keep coming back to Hallmark every time.

When I come to Newport I always stay here. Hallmark is always dog friendly. They even include a gift basket for your pup! I'm always pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. Big plus: they're on the beach front!! On average we pay $110.00 a night. If you sign up for emails you're eligible for coupons. My favorite hotel in Newport. Clean and simple.

This hotel is amazing!!! The view is beautiful, the room was everything I could have hoped for, minutes from the beach, saltwater pool, hot tub in the room and so clean I felt great having my 7 month old baby there with us. Staff was helpful and polite and I will definitely be back!
