Ordered a custom couch from the store in Waco. 8 weeks later I get a phone call that it's ready but the only day they can deliver it is August 12.  Other than that day it would be another month before it could be delivered.  We were gonna be out of town on that date but asked if they could make arrangements that was not a month away.  They agreed to deliver it on one of two dates.  They would call us back and let us know.  Have never got a call back and when we call to get an answer we are told that they have no clue when it will be here and don't k ow when they will get an answer.  Seems like we are in the middle of a power play between the store manager and the shipping manager.  We would just like an answer where are property is.

I purchased a set of leather couches from there Round Rock location and 1 year has passed and they are all loose and wobbly. They were supposed to be all leather and know there peeling. I called because I bought warranty on both pieces and all they could tell me is that it could of been prevented and it's not Covered under warranty. So I guess I'm stuck with $5,500 dollars worth of shity couches. I will never recommend them or buy from them again.
