Horrible customer service and overall just not a reliable company! Go to Mattress1, they're so nice and helpful! Bought some box springs on a Tuesday (I understand it was only a $200 purchase, but if all they care about are big sales then I wouldn't trust them anyway). Supposed to be delivered to the store on Friday and we were going to pick them up. On Friday they sent the wrong ones so we were told they would be there on Monday. On Monday my husband left work early to go pick them up and this time they didn't deliver have our purchase at all at the store. So on Tuesday I was going to go up there and speak to the sales associate who sold them to me, Jason, and he called on my way up there to let me know they could be there by Friday. Well I had to insist, not the associate, that they should deliver and he told me they could deliver them to my house on Thursday. Well on Thursday I get a call from Jason saying they couldn't deliver because they weren't in stock at the warehouse and "he figured I just wanted a refund". Of course I got one because he obviously didn't care about me as a customer or doing everything in his power to make things right. Told me he would get back to me with the district managers information to contact the warehouse about the unprofessionalism and unreliability but I still haven't heard back from him either.

Gabe was fantastic! He knew exactly what to suggest when it came to helping me find the perfect mattress that fit my price range but -also gave me the back support I need. I definitely recommend coming here!

Angela did a great job of explaining the bed choices. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the bed need for my needs. The progressive 90 days same as cash was a great option to get an affordable price. There is 10 year warranty on the mattress, and 120 day happiness guarantee - for a exchange or return. Very happy customer!

David and Kaz were very informed on the differences between the mattresses. They were very helpful and nice. We will buy from them again.
