I personally have had good experiences here. I bought my dining room table and guest mattress set from here and both have been great so far. There's not tooo many options in each category of furniture, but it's worth a look if you're trying to furnish a whole house, and the worker always offers to order something online for me if needed. (There does seem to be plenty of mattress choices). I was able to get both of my pieces of furniture the day I purchased them (didn't have to wait on shipping) which was a plus for me, and they have workers that helped me get them loaded and tied down in my vehicle.

I believe any business that will not verify a deliverers insurance before allowing them to put their clients new purchases into a truck is both shameful and irresponsible; especially knowing that these under the table Movers operate without a drivers license and have committed theirselves to promoting for overstock on their page, all in the hopes of delivering more furniture. So long as overstock doesn't verify insurance, I don't support shopping at such a place. Even BIG LOTS verifies insurance, which is who our company works with.

I paid the full price for a twin bunkbed with mattresses. I live almost an hour away. We get home and realize there was no hardware in the boxes to put them together. My husband called, and was told he would get a call back.. nothing I called and was told to drive the hour back. The lady agreed to meet me half way since she lived there... nothing I called again for the 2nd time she says she had wrote the number down wrong btw they have called Id that shows the number!! So I call again and ask her to overnight it. She says she will send the receipt and we will have it Monday or tuesday. Today is Monday I tried calling to get the tracking information and surprise now I cant even get someone to pick up the phone. Someone from their accidentally called and hung up quickly my phone didn't even have time to ring! This is very sorry and my husband will now be dealing with them.

The women Brandy Winn is the most rudest person there im guessing shes the manager but dont trust her we went to buy a couch and left for 45 minutes to get cash and my kids from school and they sold the couch i was going to buy and then try to sell tto display couch for the same price and i was trying to see about a discount and she was rudely say no nothing i can do she was just mean and judgmental when i went back not fair i was on gone 45mins to an hour i wouldnt be so mad at this if i didnt go back for 3 to 4 hours but 45 minutes come on now

Tried to shop here unfriendly experience all around. Just Google there is a place around with better deals in waco.
