My husband came to emergency room with numbness in arm and extreme dizziness.  Wait was ridiculously long.  Finally saw doctor who was concerned he had had a TMI.  Left room after promising to come back and didn't come back for an hour.   Obviously, they are very short staffed.  They finally admitted him and put him in the "Clinical Discharge Unit" .  Here, you share a bathroom with another room.  All night, he was kept awake listening to someone else taking care of their bodily functions in the bathroom.  Who wants this when they don't feel well?  Next day, he had to wait 6 hrs for the result of a test, then another 2 after telling him he was to be discharged.  Nurse spike broken English that he could,hardly understand.  Food was abominable.  
Horrible experience.  Will not go back unless we are dying.

Ahh... Southern life at its finest. . Paging doctor trucker! We've got another trailer park injury! You should definitely visit if you enjoy waiting,sweating and being ignored. If you need to learn patience, this is the place for you. We had our 18 month old here when she was born-in the matertiny ward, complete and total NIGHTMARE !  This visit was to the ER
The guy from the billing department visited 3x before we got to see our 24yr old resident 1. 5x. Ahem, that's really the only time he graced us with his presence. No PA and our nurse came after the  resident,who had no Idea my wife was even pregnant.  When the dr. actually  came he decided he had a more important call to take, left right when he was asking my wife whats going on, and came back like 45 minutes later, and popped his head in.  Mind you my wife is pregnant  and her blood pressure was 200 over 120. We got here at 8 p.m.(in the actual ER room)   and they still haven't given her any blood pressure meds and it's now 11:45pm The bedding collector lady let our 18 month out to run throughout the emergency room which seemed to be the most exciting thing happening in the ER. They loved it. The staff I could actually account for thought that was great, and they gave it a good old-fashioned southern knee slap, while slobbering on their fried chicken dinners. The place is gross. RUN - anyplace buy here!

Best hospital. They went above and beyond and treated me with compassion and care. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable. Would only recommend this hospital.

I went to this hospital recently and received TERRIBLE assistance from a female doctor . She was extremely rude and kept denying my sister to be able to come back into the room with me . Although I was seen at a reasonable time & was properly treated to a certain extent , honestly I’d rather drive all the way to Charlotte to receive the help I need .
