It's quaint and comfy.  Our room had a heart shaped jacuzzi.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  I would definitely stay there again. The sheets and blankets were clean the bed was very comfortable.  Everything was very clean.

Awesome place to live.Me and my little daughter stayed there for 5 months.and it was a wonderful experience.we lived there like our own home.great management.everything was perfect.reasonable price as well.Best motel in the lake tahoe.

The original room my boyfriend booked was not how it looked in the picture. We where in a bad section of the hotel and there was trash outside the door, it smelled really bad, there was a big dent underneath the shower in the ceiling, it was bad so we talked to the manager and got an upgrade with no charge..it was much better..unfortunately the tv didn't work, I couldn't sleep without the tv and we went to talk to the manager. He said because he had given us an upgrade with no charge he couldn't do anything about the tv, my boyfriend ended up fixing it himself later on. Other than the water temperature changing while showering, the upgraded room wasn't bad.

I can honestly say it doesn't even deserve the one star. There is no A/c...the tv's dont work...the shower let's out absolutely no water...let me just sayvthat it doesn't even work as a backup emergency room. Never stay in this horrible but infested place.

Comically bad hotel. The toilet was broken, though they did bring a plumber in at 10:30 pm to fix it. I had used the Jack in a box next door by then. Went in to grab breakfast, which was advertised as being from 7 to 10am, the door was still locked at 8:15 when I left. Free WiFi in your room, if you happen to have a room right next to the Jack in the box and get their signal.
