This is the dealership to satisfy and help with all your needs. They are the best. The process from start to finish was easy and seamless. No beating around the bush or hidden sales tactics very honest up front and took care of all my concerns and questions. Colin my salesman was amazing as well as the finance manager. Knew what I wanted and they got it done. Customer for life.

I’m not very pleased.  To start with, you have to walk in to get a service advisor to acknowledge your presence.  Then they aren’t very friendly or attentive.  Today their alignment equipment was broken.  No offer to let me know when it’s fixed. They were perfectly happy for me to go somewhere else.  No one tried to address me by name.   Once done, the service advisor gave me my keys and said thanks and he was gone.  He didn’t point me to where my car was or attempt to go over the multiple pieces of paper I received at checkout.  In my car, the paper hanger was still in my car.  They simply get the job done but nothing more.  They even leave the hanger in the car so I get to clean that up. 
I had one guy I went to at this dealership who was super nice but he’s no longer there.  I’m going to go find another dealership in hopes I find friendly service.  
This shop can change your oil.  But there is nothing outstanding in their service to make me continue to do business with them.

I contacted the dealership via an email regarding a pickup truck. They quoted a price and I found another dealership that had a better price. Rockwall Dodge beat the other dealership on price. My salesman was Colin. He was patient with me and did not pressure me to make any decisions before the time was right for me. It took me a week, of my own choosing, but I made a purchase of a new Ram 1500. The financing was quick and easy. I am pleased with my purchase. The detailing crew could have done a better job, but it was late on a Saturday night and I’m sure they will take care of it when I call them. I took my father, who is the market for a truck, to meet Colin and he is putting together a bid for him. Nice guys easy environment and they made the buying experience fun.

I had another great experience at Rockwall Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. Corey the service center employee who helped me gave me a clear and exact wait time. He politely asked me if I had been helped after being passed numerous times by other employees. I was out of there fast and even enjoyed some coffee and popcorn as I waited. I continue to come here because of the great customer service I receive.

Service department needs a lot of work. Made an appointment for 8 30 in the morning. Made it on time and was not even told hello till about 8 50. Then I knock on the managers office and he had to write up my ticket, while his guys ignored me and skipped over me. They had my car for 3 days before they called me and told me it was just an engine fault on my check engine light. They o2 sensor just had a long history. They use hertz for rental cars and of course they were out of rentals. Was told I could use enterprise and I might or might not be reimbursed depending if it was covered under warranty. This service department is 0 for 3 in my last 3 visits.
