Rockwall Service department has my business for life. Awesome customer service! They made sure I had a ride home after dropping my car off. They kept me informed of the my repairs and they had a fast turn around on the repair. I’ve always used Town East Ford because it was closer to me. But I was sick of being spoken to rudely and it taking a week to repair my car. I’m truly grateful for Rockwall Ford.. ask for Darrin in the service department for the best service.

Today was an odd day. Normally, I get great customer service, but today was lax. 

1. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the agent said that there was no point and to bring it at 7am because “it gets crazy”. Later, when I looked online there were 4 spots available. 

2. No one came to meet me when I pulled up. Someone else came in the same time I did and we were both confused. I had to go in and find my agent. 

3. Right at the end of the service, the agent told me I’d need an air filter change. When I asked how much it was gonna be, it took 15 minutes for her to get. People have to budget both time and money. Have those answers ready to go. 

I will come back to Rockwall Ford because they are great at what they do. And they do it for a good price. But today was not that day.

Andy took great care of me. Andy called me every day with an update on how far along the mechanics were on my vehicle.  The mechanics did a great job On fixing my 4 wheel drive hub and axle. Always had an great experience with Rockwall Ford for warranty work and just looking at my vehicles. I highly recommend Rockwall Ford for your services or getting a vehicle.

My family had an amazing experience getting our new Ford F150. Bonner Lovern listened to us and worked with us to get the price we needed to drive away happy. Everyone was GREAT, from Bonner to finance to the General Manager. The process was the BEST I have ever experienced in buying a new vehicle. Rockwall Ford will get our business again (but it will be awhile because we have an amazing new truck). Thanks for working with us!

Had a very pleasant day with Rockwall Ford. They found the noise my car was making and they also fixed the factory recall. Then on top of that they washed my car without being asked YEA!!!!!  The most positive service was bring me home while they worked on the car and then coming to my home and picking me up when they were finished. How great that was. 
The service people were so nice and helpful too. Thank you Rockwall Ford
