My wife Sandy and I had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with Steve Alexander.  Sandy had collected "proof sets" for several years in her earlier days.  We kept them in the safe trying to decide what to do with them.  We contacted the store and spoke with Steve who told us to bring them in for an evaluation.  We did just that and came away with $3710.  I told Sandy to buy something for herself so she could say in the future, you see this, it use to be my coin collection. It was a terrific experience. The people here are too big for the britches. They are know it alls and try to demean their customers. They will not give you the price of a coin or gold you deserve. Tried to tell me a lady liberty coin from 1800’s was worth 2 dollars. Wouldn’t even look at my gold because they claimed it was “fake” then I went to a pawn shop and had it tested and got 200!

My grandpa had some watches, coins, and jewelry he wanted to sell. We walked in and right away they greeted us and offered us drinks and snacks. Steve was very patient as he went through each piece and then gave the value. Of course, my grandpa thought his watches were worth more but in the end he was happy with the total. I think they were very fair. Barbara even kicked in some cash to bring the amount up a little for my grandpa. So, all in all, a 91 year old man is happy!!

This place is the best! Excellent service, good quality and reasonably priced. A friend recommend this place. The staff is very professional and courteous. I got a beautiful ring for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend them.
