I’ve been to bird road , pines no one believed that I can get approved for a car due to my age and job. I went only and pleased and there goes Terrence. He was very helpful listened to my story and gave it his all after just about two hours. He gave me a phone that brought joyful tears to my eyes. When my lease is over I don’t think I’ll return my Subaru. Thanks to him and the staff.

This review is not to be taken lightly. First of all, I would like to say that I purchased my current subaru from Lehman several years ago. Since then (2016), the service (especially from the finance managers) has been dismal at best. P-L-E-A-S-E save your self the trouble and do NOT visit this dealer. There are other Subaru dealers in the area. Here is my story (short version), I was shopping for ANOTHER Subaru and I was introduced to the "Finance Manager" . My first impression was that of an unprofessional individual who lacked the most basic of customer service appeal (with a bad attitude), and was certainly unbecoming. His comments were, frankly, impolite and  self-serving at best. I ask you, the reader, would you like a  "Finance Manager" to speak to you in a condescending manner??? As if you were a bother??? Or better yet,  spoken down to??? If you answered yes, to any of those questions, then this IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. 

Do yourself the favor and don't even bother or waste your time at this dealership. Its unfortunate that Subaru has such bad apples representing an outstanding brand and product.

My son got a car from here. He has been going on and on about this car since he was literally 15 years old. When I went I didn’t love the car as much he did but the salesman Terrence made me change my perspective on Subaru’s. It was a very pleasant experience , If my son is happy so am I.

I originally inquired about the Hyundai Santa Fe. At the time I had a Kia which I was interested in trading in. Honestly I’ve never heard of Subaru until Terrence walked me over and showed me the Forester, the Eyesight system scared the living hell out of me when it stopped on it own. I love my car that feature alone was the state of the art that made me a current Subaru owner I love my Forester  and the experience I’ve had with Lehman.

Purchased my first 2018 Subaru WRX Limited, thanks to Terrence's help. Terrence assisted me with the exact color and model I was looking for. Both, Subaru and Terrence are very professional and helpful. I'm very happy with my 2018 Subaru WRX Limited purchase.
