I bought a new Toyota in this place. Kory was super! He made it happened even in my situation but never mention that my situation is not simple. I felt very comfortable in this entire buying process. He organized it perfect and all was very smooth.

After one year I have to update my review in case if someone read it and rely on it so they can't blame me after. When I bought this car I got very high interested rate because I was a first time buyer but I was told that after one year payments on time I can get refinance. So after one year payments on time and waiting this bright day when I can cut my expenses I came to the same sales manager and was told that equity of my car is too high and all this year I paid about only for interest. So he can't refinance my car but I can trade my one year old car on a new car. Long story short. I end up with a new car what was not necessary and now my bill is higher than before and I have to pay longer time. Because they trade in my one year old car for about half price what I paid for this car. So now I have to pay rest balance for my old car and a full price for my new car. And my interest rate is still high because this time I was told about every 5 minutes that my credit score is not good enough for get a good interest rate but I heard the same story that after one year payments on time I can get refinance for a better rate. Though I doubt about it because now I own for this car more than if I just bought it. As my tip to you don't buy a car when you come to dealership. Go away and think about it at home. Because after I was forced buy this car and I brought it home and figure out that I was tricked, I text Kory but he said all sales final and I can't return it back.
And couple tips about Service:
1. It takes about two hours for maintenance service though in their "25 reason to buy.." they said 45 minutes or less for maintenance service. 
2. Mark all your tires while they are new because they can change it.
3. Be very nice to the people in Service or better tip them other way they can maintain your car no properly or damage it.

I would like to thank Karl Khalil for his excellent service in helping with the purchase of my new Corolla! He was so kind, efficient, and extremely thoughtful throughout the whole process! Karl makes car buying a breeze, making a usually long tedious purchase exciting! I recommend this wonderful salesman one hundred percent!

Thanks to all the team for their support and hard work to get my wife & our business the car we needed it. I went to Toyota of North Miami skeptical of how previous car dealership experiences had been. I must admit I went in with a preset notion of what my experience was suppose to be, I must say I was pleasantly surprised to find another Christian working there and that at all times made me and my mother feel comfortable and welcomed . Karl Khalil  made us feel like it was important to sell us the vehicle for my mother but that we were more important than the sale. Karl Khalil treated us with respect and great follow up just not the day of the sale but after the sale was just as concerned and great or should I say amazing service from Karl Khalil. I would buy from him again and would recommend my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience Karl.

I want to start my review by saying thank you to Juan Ogando. I was referring to him by a friend of mine, I went there but wasn't so sure. Cause 3 years ago I had a bad experience with a car dealer who lied about everything to get my money. But with Toyota Of North Miami it was different thanks to my sale person (Juan ) he gave me an excellent customer service  he explain me everything from start to finished he worked me throughout the process, I had a tie budget, but he help me chose the perfect car ( Highlander 😍) I am a very satisfied customer, and I want every body to know that. Thank you Toyota and thank you Juan your the best.
