I just bought a Jeep Rubicon from Aventura yesterday and wanted to leave them a review.  This is the second time that I have worked with Shiva. He's insanely amazing. I've never had anyone respond to my texts and silly questions as fast as he did. The first time we worked together the car that I wanted was impossible to find so I had to go far away to purchase it. Shiva understood and when we decided to buy another one, I knew that even if I had to wait, I only wanted to work with him. If you ever need anything make sure to go to him, he's excellent! I've worked with service over the years and now one of the finance guys. I've never had any problems and was always greeted with a smile when I walked in. And, the most important thing is that I got the car I've wanted for years, with a deal that worked for me, a great price on my trade-in, and Shiva made it possible!

A couple of days ago I received a phone call from them asking me if I still owned my Jeep. They told me that the used car sales manager was interested in buying a car like mine. I pointed to the lady that I wasn't interested in selling my car but nevertheless I was willing to hear what the used car sales manager had to offer. We sat the appointment for yesterday at 11 am.

When I arrived to the appointment a sales person comes to me and starts asking me which car I want to buy. I told him that I'm not looking to buy any car, I was there to meet  with the used car sales manager because he wanted to buy my car and I was willing to hear his offer. The sales person tells me that they don't buy cars, they accept trade ins to upgrade to a new one. And on top of it tells me that the used car sales manager is not in the dealership and he will come back in the afternoon, that I could leave my info so he can call me back. 

That afternoon I received a call from the dealership asking me if I made my appointment in the morning. I told them that I did but the used  car sales manager didn't. So they tell me that now he's in, that If I want to drop by he can see me....at this point I started complaining to the lady that called about them standing me up and now calling again and she went on to hang up the phone on me.

They lied to me to get me in the dealership and try and sell me a car, then they stood me up and then they hang the phone on me! I don't understand how they are still in business.

Grand Cherokee under warranty. Came to them 12/20/2017 b/c bluetooth didn't work. They said they ordered a new radio and will call when it arrives to install.  No call. I followed up for months, was told "radio needs to be programmed before shipping, so takes a long time", etc.  April 25, 2018 - still no part! Went to another dealership - part came in 2 days and got it installed a few days later!  The only reason for such lying I can think of is they try to get aftermarket parts or something. Radio did not come in for the manufacturer for 4 months? -- Give me a break!!  Stay away - you may get your car worse than it was before you take it there!

First off I wanted to say the showroom is really well laid out with the right cars on display in the right area. The exterior lot is also really well organized. The staff is very kind and the manager Phil Franchina is on top of every clients needs that is looking for a vehicle and other services related to the dealer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Chrysler Jeep dodge product.
