My car buying experience at Mazda of North Miami was great! Luther was the salesperson who helped me and he was extremely professional and polite. Luther never had an agenda. He actually listened to my car buying needs and never pushed anything extra. Additionally, every time I had a question, he clarified. 

I never once felt like I was being pushed and I ended up getting an better deal with Mazda of North Miami than with my own bank. I still can’t  believe that I had such a good experience.

The employees at this place aren’t out to get you. They’re straight forward and truly do the best they can to get you the best deal. What you see on paper is what you get. My sister had a horrible experience at the Mazda in Doral so I originally came in with my guard up. But, this place was the complete opposite. See Luther if you’re serious about getting a car! He’s your guy! I highly recommend him and this dealership.

I have come to this Mazda twice for service. The first time was just for an oil change and the second was for an issue with my AC. Everyone is always very pleasant and nice. I gave 4 stars because the time I came for an oil change I waited 3 hours!!! And a salesman kept trying to sell me a car. My car is 9 years old, so I get it. But I told him over and over I am interested in buying a car in the next 1.5-2 years. He was pushy. Didn't ask me what car I wanted assumed I wanted the same model. But all that aside satisfied with the service department.

Beau Garbett was very professional, helpful and friendly from beginning to end, he took the time to point out the different options and without any sale pressure, rare qualities.
I would also like to thank Customer Relation Victor Benhalm for making the leasing negotiations very pleasant and relaxing, my wife is extremely happy. I will definitely come back to Mazda of North Miami.

They didnt hire me. Sad face. I just came in to apply. Well ill know next time dress with a 300 plus dollar suit for a two minute show. No problem.

I bought my x-9 last year and people on sales department were very nice and helpful with me. Specially Alberto. But when I took my car for service it was a nightmare. The first time nobody was there and they were pretty rude with me. Second time was yesterday. Same attitude. I had an appointment at 12:10. I was there at 12:00. My appoinment was with Mr. Nelson Robles. I asked him How lon was going to take for the oil change and tires rotation ( I know that takes between 45 minutes to an hour max). He said around an hour and I consented.
I was in the waiting room for more than 90 minutes with onother people. Nobody was called. When I went back to Mr. Robles office and asked if my car was ready ( I had to pick my son up from school), he said: “ it’s not ready yet, we need at least 20 more minutes”. I complained and told him that I had to leave. In 2 minutes I had my car back and they told me they didn’t do anything yet. I asked why and I get no response.
Please don’t go to this place. I don’t even trust what they can do with our cars
