This service department is the one for me because they did a great job. I walked in because there were a few warning lights on my 2007 ML350 display.  I am very picky about where I take my truck for service because it is ten years old, very well maintained and I don't want anything to go wrong (obviously).  They did a full diagnostic, hey obtained past maintenance info from me to ensure that everything was in order. They addressed each item, and they even detailed my car when they were done. They offer a warranty on labor.  Expectantly, I won’t need to use it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Some people talk about places where you receive the best treatment but places don't do anything if they don't count on great people who are part of the staff. I want to thank Many Fernandez because of the great customer service and the excellent and professional way to do business. Mom and dad have been customers of this gentleman for years and now I had the opportunity to be the one . Wish all places would have the chance to hire people like Manny. My family and I are completely satisfied customers who recommend Mercedes Benz of Miami to all family and friends and especially Manny Fernandez as a salesman and gentleman. Thank you guys for making dreams come true.

I had my car serviced today with Shadi Omar Williams.  I came in before 7am without an appointment.  He took excellent care of me and I had my car back by 3pm.  He arranged a ride for me, explained my repairs to me so I felt comfortable, and answered my many phone calls.  I was completely satisfied and impressed with his service!

Best experience ever. Just came from Lexus trying to change my car and Manny Fernandez got me at the door. I was really unsure about my step but somebody recommend him as the best salesman in Miami. Nothing else to say, the process was so easy, so pleasant . Manny has been years in the car business and even when I'm not a person who writes a lot wanted to thank this great person and professional cause he deserves. 
Also wanted to give a big recognition to Mercedes Benz of Miami cause it was a really great experience with all the personal in this great place. Thank you very much MB of Miami!!! You deserve it.

Really happy for the first time in years. Had a gentleman and professional at the same time. I had to write this review even when I'm flying in a plain out from the States with a lot of work to do, cause is my best way to feel grateful with Manuel Fernandez. Somebody just told me to go and feel like home and that's the way it was. Thanks Manny for your professionalism and that great way you did to make me feel like home. I highly recommend Manuel Fernandez at this awesome dealership Mercedes Benz of MIAMI!
