The dealership has a good selection of cars. I was disappointed with the sales staff. I asked to see a three different cars, and was told I "wouldn't want a Kia". I think it is important not to inform your customers on their preferences. I was passed off to another sales associate on my second visit. But the first associate continued to govern the decisions about the car. If a person can't take car of a customer, they should drop off the sale. The vehicle was experiencing alignment and electrical problems. The sales associate, instead of getting them fixed, insisted I "enter a binding contract" and that "people did it all the time". No, only sleazy car dealerships do this, instead of giving me a realistic time when the vehicle will be fixed. Every other car dealership I have interacted with didn't ask for a "binding contract" to fix a vehicle in a timely manner. In the end I bought my new car from somewhere else. There was strong evidence that the sales associates of Good Chevrolet were not conducting themselves with good intentions.

.I had purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU (4 door) from them back in March, 2017, my seller was Jordan. The jeep was leaking water in from the rear gate, and upon purchasing the Jeep. There was a “Good Chev - WE OWE YOU” contract that stated all work that needed to be done on the Jeep, to include replacing all the door seals, top seals, and rear gate. The jeep was left there for a week so repairs could be done, and nothing was fixed, I then finally took possession of the Jeep. I called and talked to the used sales manager at that time explained everything and what needed to be done. Doug (used sales manager ) agreed and my Jeep was to be brought up for another week (3/10 – 3/17) for repairs. I was told by Jordan that everything was done and completed. When I picked up the Jeep the rear gate was not leaking anymore but water was still coming in on the passenger side, and all the seals were still not replaced. I have been in contact with Good Chev, and Jordan to get these issues resolved but they are still refusing to do the work that was in the contract. The finance department and myself have copies of the "We Owe You" contract.

Raymond and teddy helped my boyfriend and i purchase a new used vehicle today, i have to say this was the most pleasant experience ive had car shopping. they were both very knowledgeable of all the cars that interested us, they made sure that we would be able to fit this into the budget. could not be happier with our new car! thanks guys!

Husband purchased a 2016 Silverado from Johnny and Jordan and the experience from beginning to end was perfect. The price was extremely fair and they provided excellent customer service making sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. Certainly would recommend either salesman from Good Chevrolet!

I get off work late, so Skip had to stay an hour late in order to show me a van that I was interested in. Because I made him stay late, I expected quite a bit of pressure to buy and honestly, I really wouldn't have blamed him. But he wasn't pushy at all. Made me feel like I had all the time in the world. I did end up buying it because it was exactly what I was looking for and it was much cheaper than anywhere else that I had looked.
