I wish that I could give zero stars, but unfortunately that is not a possibility at this time.  This may be the most unethical and disgustingly unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. Besides avoiding calling us back to discuss our plan, or apologizing for making HUGE mistakes, here are a few reason why you should never work with Lester or his management.  First, our insurance expired and we were never informed, which could have been massively detrimental to our business had something gone wrong.  Secondly, we were never informed that our deductible DOUBLED for no reason whatsoever upon manually calling to renew our plan.   Third, upon having to file our first claim, we are now unfortunately faced with a huge deductible, which has greatly impacted our finances and caused a great deal of trouble.  

Allow me to go into further detail about the disrespect that we received from Lester's management.  We called the office 4 times, with no response.  Then nearly minutes later we received an email from the office manager, who gave us a two sentence response that was extremely short and unapologetic. Extremely disrespectful. 

Avoid yourself the trouble and find somebody else to take care of your insurance, or maybe just find an agent that will treat you with respect.

They've been super helpful on so many issues and policy inquiries, policy additions, etc. They can always get me the information I need and in whatever format works best for me that day. Great office staff.

We're totally disgusted with the service offered by this agent.  We called his office requesting information on insuring an additional automobile.  After giving the assistant the information, we didn't receive any response for four business days.  After calling again to ask for the quote, we were told the assistant was in a meeting but would contact us.  That was yesterday.  We still haven't heard from them.  We're going to find another State Farm agent who's more responsive.
