People underestimate the value of a having a local insurance agent that looks out for your best interests.   I was born and raised in New York City, where I went to my local butcher for meats, the local bakery for cookies,  had an ice cream truck drive down my block every day during the summer and I knew the driver by his first name.   This is the type of services I yearn  for in today’s world.  When working with anyone at Montgomery insurance, they all know me by my first name not by my policy number!!!  Since they work with many carriers they can create a custom policy that works for you and your family.  They also can analyze your existing policy to identify if you have any risks that should be addressed and covered.  I love having a local agent navigating the waters of the insurance world for me.

My only experience with this company has been on IG where they spam followed and unfollowed me. Sick of nonsense like that.

I had a much different experience with this company. Bad customer service and more $ per year on home owners insurance than the competitors.  Had issues with them receiving payments 2 years in a row from my mortgage company.  They blamed it on the mortgage company and threatened to cancel my policy over not receiving a $70 check from the mortgage company. I paid them out of pocket to prevent a loss of coverage.  That amounted to about 5% of the policy amount. They had received the check and admitted the check got lost on a desk of an employee that left, but never an apology. Since switching insurance companies, I have not had any payment issues.  I will no longer do business with With them.

I am constantly looking for the "best bang for your buck".  I like high quality at a good price.  Montgomery and Associates was able to provide me with multiple quotes from very highly rated companies.  I was shopping for life insurance and was able to quickly find a viable policy.  I have been very impressed with the agency's sense of urgency with all of my matters.  I never have had to worry about getting a call back on any question.  The agency is really run well.  As a customer, I feel like I am truly getting the "best bang for my buck".
