We've been with Robins Insurance since we moved to TN 8 years ago, and highly recommend them to anyone we come in contact with. Janice, our Personal Account Manager, has always been extremely responsive and helpful - something you don't find in a lot of businesses. It's reassuring to know that Robins is there when we need them!

Not only does Robins Insurance go above and beyond for their clients, their workplace feels like they are family - something you don't see too often!  I didn't know a lot about insurance at first, but Barrett helped me with my personal lines policies.  He was so kind and understanding, making sure I felt good about the decisions we were making as a team.  Nothing beats the comfort of knowing you are in great hands if you ever find yourself in a circumstances life can throw your way.  I recommend this company to as many people as I can!

I switched over to Robins Insurance roughly 2 years ago after having a conversation with Jake Linkous. I am the type of person with the mentality "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." I was content with my previous insurance provider at the time and had no interest in switching. Jake urged me to see if he could get a better rate with similar coverage. It turned out that he was able to save me quite a bit of money annually and maintain a very similar level of coverage. He  took the time to explain what I was getting (coverage) and why I needed it. I highly recommend Robins Insurance Group, as well as their agent, Jake Linkous. Both will go above and beyond for you and will likely save you money.
