Called them to get an insurance quote, I waited 7 days and no one ever called me back.  I finally called them and the guy I spoke with was very rude and told me that no one wanted to handle the kind of insurance I needed.  I told him a phone call back would have been nice so I could start looking someplace else.

They have been easy to deal with, friendly, and  have answered all of my questions quickly.

The people here don't know what they are doing, and are very rude. I called and spoke to Sandra in the claims department and she was very rude and not trying to assist me in regards to one of my patient's we are treating that has them as an insurance carrier.
