We use Mills Insurance for personal and business insurance, and have been for about the past 6 years.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.  They are super responsive whenever we have questions or need assistance.    They always go above and beyond - providing what we need and often what we didn't know we needed. They understand our business and personal needs and provide the guidance and support we need to rest easy that we have the right coverage to protect us, at the right price.  I trust the Mills team - their expertise, integrity and  responsiveness is top notch.

I moved to Nashville and needed to change my insurance.  Chris was very quick, answered my questions, listened to my specific needs and concerns and got it done quickly!  I had previously spoken to two other companies and the rates were higher for less coverage.  Chris worked to get me the specific things I needed and gave great advice.  I could not have been more pleased.

Chris Mills and the Mills Agency is without question the best Property & Casualty agent and agency I've ever worked with.  He has provided competitive insurance not only for our home, our vehicles, our Commercial-Industrial property and my business for years.  I've been approached by other agents and agencies that advise me they can get me better premiums and better service.  I've always believed that you get what you pay for.  His companies are as competitive as any other respectable company in the market.  Fortunately I've had no recent claims and the one I did have was taken care of profoundly well.  As far as the service; there is no need to open any discussion on that.  Chris and the Mills Agency are the best.
