I have been a State Farm customer since 1999. I picked this agency because I moved from Antioch into the city. My 1st conclusion about this agency was they where professional, and I was happy with them, until a recent change I had to do with my policy. They did not explain all of the charges that would be associated and I got hit with a surprise bill. My 1st EVER surprise bill with State Farm, and when I called the office the attitude was tough... you still got to pay it. There was a lack of accountability or willingness to call customer service to see if anything could be done about the charges. When asked what the charges where for, there where no clear reason for the charges other then a prorate... I still don't understand the proration is for. I was told someone from the billing department would call me and no one never did. I understand that we are human and we all make mistakes, but making mistakes with someone's money and felling to take accountability for the lack of informing and preparing the customer for extra changes is not acceptable. Or good customer service. To add insult to injury because I can not find anyone to bet my State Farm rate I made a decision to change agencies. I sent them an email, because obviously I didn't care to speak with them. A young lady called to verify that is what I wanted to do and ended the call with GREAT, that is AWESOME... Seriously!!! I would not recommend this agency if you are like me and demand accountability and superior customer service. I have had several insurance policies with State Farm over the years and NEVER have I received a surprise like this, and dealt with people that where so adamant on not admit fault that they could not apologize for dropping the ball.

Michael and his team will go above and beyond to get you the insurance you need at the best rate they can offer. I am so thankful someone recommended Michael's agency to me and I am glad I am a State Farm customer.

I have worked with Jaimee and Emily in this office, as well as with their claims department, and the service has been consistently timely, friendly, and helpful. I started there with auto and renters having left another State Farm agent, and the difference in agents is real. While SF is a great company, this office has been much more responsive to my needs. When I was in a car accident, they were on top of the whole thing with me. When I got a new car, they had my new insurance in place almost immediately. When I was ready for life insurance, they walked me through the quick process, were no-pressure, and procured my policy much quicker than any other company I've worked with on life insurance. They really do stand out in a saturated market.
