Dining here was a pleasure! The staff is always composed and as quaint as the building itself. Lighthouse has a built-in nostalgia which makes the meal even better. (They offer the option of alcohol, even at breakfast, which gives the establishment a real Creole flavor--so to speak. I remember having mimosas quite often with breakfast whenever I've visited New Orleans on business trips.) The surrounding West End Area is neat as well, full of engaged and lively people. I recommend the Lighthouse Restaurant very highly, especially for breakfast! It's a great way to begin a day.

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat near downtown. Food is still good, but I haven't had a positive experience the last couple times I've been. Reasonably priced, but you gotta watch the add-ons, they can add up quick.

I enjoyed my 1st bite here around 1982 as a rookie police officer. I am long retired noe, but I still love having a good meal at the lighthouse!

Great historical resturant. Great food, friendly service and it even has a lunch counter for individuals.

Awesome. Friendly service, good food, nice downtown location. The place was buzzing at lunchtime, most of the tables were filled but there was no wait. Very reasonable prices. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend.
