Maine State Park Campground

Story

Welcome to Lily Bay State Park. We are a state-operated public recreation area on Moosehead Lake. The park offers 88 campsites in two campgrounds, also offering a group site at Mud Brook.
We offer 2 miles of hiking trails that follow the shoreline between the beach and Rowell Cove campground, offering easy terrain and nice views out to Moosehead Lake. The Park offers groomed cross-country ski trails overlooking the lake during winter months.

We invite you to share your pictures and leave comments of your experience here.

Please check back frequently for events held at the park.

Great place, I'm from southern maine and went camping there in early fall. They have partially private sites, lots of deer, geese, and there rangers are extremely friendly.

Fantastic state park on the banks of Moosehead lake. Great views of the lake. The water was very cold early in the September. Spotted lots of deers inside the park. The park staff were very friendly.
