The day I bought a ring for my soon to be fiance I noted to the clerk that I had two addresses and that under no circumstances could anything be mailed to one of them. She said that should be no problem and sold me a $4,500 ring. Low and behold a few days later my girlfriend opens the mail to find out I've opened a line of a credit with Littman Jewelers and any surprise proposal went out the window. 

The original assistant manager Aleksandra was very kind and helpful so I do want to mention that. 

When I call to as why the hell they mailed it to the address I asked them not to, the other manager Tina literally didn't care. She said well as someone who just got proposed to let me just tell you she already knows its coming. Okay, so basically what you're saying is my complaint is invalid and shouldn't be considered? Then she says well the paper doesn't actually say you bought anything.....Yea because I just go open lines of credit for thousands of dollars at a specific jewelry store my girlfriend mentioned to me.

Bottom line is this store can kick rocks. Aleksandra was amazing and a terrific employee but Tina made no effort to help and called me a liar to the corporate office.

Don't buy from them customer service sucks n when u want a refund they will drag their feet

Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this outfit, lousy customer service. Will promise things they cannot deliver. Management doesn't care.
