So... the unimaginable happened. A diamond fell out of my wedding ring (that we purchased from Smyth) the VERY day our personal insurance on the ring lapsed. So it wasn’t a covered loss. Fearing the worst in terms of cost, imagine our surprise and delight when the very nice gentleman at Smyth said it would be FREE since I purchased my ring there (7 years ago mind you)! Yes, a FREE DIAMOND. Now, I will mention that I have never missed a Ring Spa appointment (where you take it in yearly to have the ring cleaned and diamonds tightened). However, even the yearly Ring Spa is FREE! They tighten and clean and even fix where the color fades (I have a white gold ring that starts looking brassy-ish). LOVE SMYTH - they have our business for life!

Smyth Annapolis was fantastic our first time through, and equally as pleasant our second time around. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. When you have someone like Lori Tracey alongside helping to make your decisions easier and providing expert advice, the entire experience becomes truly enjoyable. I'd recommend Smyth to anyone seeking great customer service from a friendly staff with an easy-going atmosphere. We're customers for life.

I had a great experience at this location. Gwen was super helpful in picking out an Opal charm for a necklace for my wife. They even helped me surprise her when she got some other rings cleaned. They make jewelry shopping easy on us guys.

I went into Smyth to get my wife a Mother's Day present. I worked with John Comer, who is a great guy, and he helped me pick out the perfect gift. I was also helped by Brett who was extremely nice.

John Comer is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be and that's bottom line if you smell what I'm cooking brother! He helped me climb the ladder and reach for the title of "Best Husband". My wife was so happy it was like her heart was a steel cage filled with love. It's true, it's true, when you shop at Smyth you can chalk up another win for the good guys! After finishing my shopping I was able to Rest In Peace knowing I had a great gift. You can't see ME...shopping for jewelry anywhere else, can you dig THAT?

I went to Smyth Jewelers to have my wedding band that I had just purchased from another jeweler adjusted.  They offered me coffee and adjusted the ring for free.  In addition, I checked to see what price they would have charged for my ring, and it would have  been 30% less than I paid.  My experience with Smyth couldn't have been better, and I highly recommend them to anyone either buying new jewelry or having their current jewelry adjusted.
