Customer service is the biggest joke I've ever seen. Rude and very unhelpful, sarcastic tones and overall just not happy to help you. Awful

Would not recommend my worst enemy to this place  they will try to take your car early from here even if you had made a payment or not stay away and give somebody else your hard-earned working money

Customer service reps are rude and don't like to listen nor or they sympathetic to your needs. Quick to harass yippy about payment before it's fire a n sticker to reposess your car. Avoid them and try to Gibbs e through somebody else.

I'm using this company and I mailed in a cashier check from my bank and they have it I have all my receipts and they never applied it to my account. I've Ben trying to speak with some one for a while . They rudly put me on hold to only answer it with complete sass and arrogance. My blood pressure has never been this high in my life right now I want answer to where my payment went and why I keep getting calls about the payment. I have not missed a payment up untill the month of the situation. I really wish I would have went to my own bank for the initial transaction.

The customer service stinks. When you call, they over talk you & definitely don't listen.
