Service was horrible! Got there at 5 PM got our food at 615 PM. Really over priced for lack of service. Food was fair at best.

The food is cooked as ordered &hot. It's always just right. The best fluffy baked potato so good even when it's loaded .Never have I been disappointed!!I drive from Winder to meet my Daughter on Friday night in Athens we have such a good DINNER WINE&Dine Its always crowed but it's worth the wait thank you always! Bad experience. Restaurant was mostly empty but we still had to wait 20 minutes due to staffing issues. Waiter was very pleasant. We ordered french onion soup; received it and it was cold. We sent the soup back; by the time we received a hot bowl of soup, our food had arrived so we're trying to eat soup and eat our dinner at the same time. I informed the hostess that it was my mother-in-law's birthday she said that they will make sure it was special we never received any recognition that it was her birthday; she didn't receive a dessert or song. Not sure what your restaurant provides but she didn't receive anything there was no acknowledgement. The table was not pre-bussed we had to look at dirty dishes until we were finished. We were not happy with the service. We have had poor service in Athens and Covington,GA. We've had good service and food at the West Avenue location in Conyers, GA. They're consistently good.

We had an amazing server who was just on point all nigh. The service was great! I had the NY Strip cooked rare plus and if you know what that is you know 90% of places over cook or under cook the steak. My salad was fresh, entree was hot and my glass was never empty. Highly recommended!
