I loved that when I entered an associate greeted me as if I was an old friend. He quickly and professionally checked my id and the id of my friend who was also with me. After a few moments of taking the time to hear me out and get a clear picture of what I needed, my new best friend led us over to the cleansing section. I needed a good cleanse because I had a transition coming up and toxin consumption had been a little higher than I had originally anticipated. We went over the dos and don'ts of the product and I left feeling excited and confident about my purchase. I didn't have much time and I had a lot to lose. I followed his instructions in addition to the product instructions and the result was a resounding success. I am in a much better position than I was previously and it's in part because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff at hookup.

Stopped by to check out their CBD oils and vapes and was happily surprised by their selection. The guy behind he counter was really helpful and nice; what I appreciated the most was that he attempted to find the answer to any questions I had even if he didn't  know off the top of his head.

Terrible. They demand your ID every time, and this last time, the man I encountered was so uncomfortably hostile I will never go back. I thought I was about to be attacked if I didn't show my ID quick enough, I just left. These scumbags also charge 5-20% extra, at least on tobacco products. I will always walk an extra two blocks to smoker's den, which is better in every way. Do not trust the positive reviews! I'm a little angry this place is taking up space down town
